🛒 Ordering 

How does the ordering process work? 

Browse a collection on ReliableTextiles.com, select your items and quantities, and complete checkout directly on the site. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Visa.

Do I need an account to place an order? 

No. Guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track shipments, save addresses, and quickly reorder past purchases.

Who can buy from ReliableTextiles.com? 

Both businesses and individuals can order. Our customers include hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, auto shops, gyms, and salons, as well as individual buyers purchasing in bulk for personal use.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order? 

Yes. You can request a sample order. Our pricing is built around wholesale quantities, but we'll review specific sample requests on a case-by-case basis. Email the details to zara@reliabletextiles.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? 

Possibly, but you must act fast, as orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Email zara@reliabletextiles.com immediately. If your package hasn't shipped yet, we'll make the change or cancel it.

Do you offer custom or branded textiles? 

Yes. Email your specifications to zara@reliabletextiles.com, and our team will walk you through available customization options.

 

🚚 Shipping

Do you offer free Shipping? 

Yes. Orders of $3,500 or more ship free for most items within the Continental US. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

When will my order ship? 

Orders ship the same business day or the next business day. Handling times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

How long does delivery take?

  • United States (Standard): 7–10 business days after shipment

Delivery may be delayed during peak holiday seasons.

What counts as a business day? 

Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US federal holidays.

Can I track my order? 

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, and the European Union. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

My package is delayed. What should I do? 

Delays caused by severe weather, postal slowdowns, or customs inspections are outside our control, but we're happy to help investigate. Email us at zara@reliabletextiles.com to get updates.

My package never arrived. What should I do?

  • If lost in transit (no delivery scan): Email us your name and order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
  • If marked delivered but not received: File a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), then forward us the case number. If the package isn't redelivered within 10 business days, we'll resend your order.

Is my payment information secure? 

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify Inc.'s platform, which encrypts credit card data in transit across networks. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.

Do you charge sales tax? 

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your destination address and that state's tax laws.

Are your products in stock? 

Yes, most items are in stock and ready to ship. Out-of-stock items are noted on the product page. For very large bulk orders, contact us in advance so we can confirm availability.

How should I care for the textiles?

  • Turn items inside out before washing in cold or warm water
  • Air dry on a line, or tumble dry on low heat

Where can I find sizing and product specifications? 

Each product page lists full details, including dimensions, weight, fabric, and pack quantity. For anything not listed, email us at zara@reliabletextiles.com.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? 

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

Items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when delivered
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging

How do I start a return? 

Email to zara@reliabletextiles.com with your order details. Once approved, we'll send full return instructions, including the return address.

⚠️ Important: Returns shipped without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Which items can't be returned?

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance merchandise

If you're unsure whether an item qualifies, ask us before starting a return.

How do exchanges work? 

The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.

When will I receive my refund? 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, email to us at zara@reliabletextiles.com.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do? 

Inspect every order upon arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email zara@reliabletextiles.com right away, and we'll make it right.

How do I create an account? 

Click Log In at the top of any page and follow the prompts using your email, and then enter the requested code that was sent to your email to create your account. 

I forgot my password. How do I reset it? 

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do you handle my personal information? 

We collect only what we need: your name, contact details, and billing/shipping address. This information is used to fulfill orders, improve our service, and communicate with you. We never sell your personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails? 

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or email to us at zara@reliabletextiles.com. Please allow up to 7 business days to process the change.
