Thank you for shopping with Reliable Textiles! We are committed to delivering high-quality textiles reliably and efficiently within the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).


 

Order Processing & Cutoff Time

 

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. This ensures our team has adequate time to prepare your order for carrier pickup (typically FedEx at 3:00 PM).

Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


 

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous US Only)

 

Our headquarters are located in Georgia. We only ship to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other US territories.

  • Carrier: We ship primarily via FedEx Ground, but may use UPS or USPS depending on the order specifics.

  • Business Days: Transit times refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays).


 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance. Estimated delivery is 1-5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at a higher rate, calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over $3500).

Delivery Estimates: All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events, carrier service disruptions, or high-volume periods.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for your order passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
