Return & Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (minus any applicable shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags still attached
- In its original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at support@reliabletextiles.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
If you have any concerns about your specific purchase, please reach out before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@reliabletextiles.com.
Missing Package? We Can Help!
- If your package is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), we will cover the cost of reshipping your order. Simply email us your name and order number.
- If the carrier has marked the package as delivered but you have not received it, please open a case with the carrier and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered within 10 business days, we will reship your order at no charge.
Care Instructions
To extend the life of your textiles:
- Wash inside-out in cold or warm water
- Line dry or tumble dry on low heat
